With our Access Code Managed system, renting a locker is so straightforward. The user pays a receptionist, who selects an available locker using the website booking calendar. The website then generates a new code which the receptionist gives to the user. As these locks don’t require an internet connection, there is no need to worry about connection issues. The RAS technology means there is also no need to constantly reset the locks – this is done automatically. When a new user types in their assigned passcode it replaces the old one from the previous user.
Alternatively, users can simply use our online booking system to rent a locker – so there’s no need for staff to be on hand. The user scans a QR code or browses to our website on their phone to reserve a locker and the site emails or texts the user their code. This gives the user freedom to choose their preferred method of booking their locker, whilst giving them an easy way of doing so.
The user can then use that code to access the locker whenever they need it. It’s that easy. Once they are finished with the locker, the next user’s allocated code replaces the previous user’s code, promising safety for everyone.
